Home Building Process

The home building process is a multi-stage project typically involving planning, site preparation, foundation, framing, MEP (mechanical, electrical, plumbing) rough-in, insulation, drywall, interior finishes, and final inspections. It's a complex process that requires coordination between various professionals and adherence to building codes.

The Sumbles Team has connections with some of the top builders in this area. We have over 30 years experience in New Construction homes.

New Construction is different from buying an existing home. Our experience will guide you through the process. There are many advantages of purchasing a newly built home. No one has ever lived in the home, you aren't inheriting issues from the previous owner, you don't have to worry about updating, you have a builders warranty and product warranties.

A lot of our new construction homes have already started and that takes a lot of the guesswork out of the process. If you like the location and plans you don't have to stress over designing the home. If you want to design from the ground up we can set up an appointment with one of our builders and they can go over the process. Either way we have relationships with our builders and can be the arbitrator between you and them.

We offer a wealth of advice and knowledge of the entire process and assist you at every step to help you navigate through the process.
